Welcome to a new week, dear community!
We continue with a new question of the week:
How much technical know-how do you need in the role of an agile companion (consultant, coach, scrum master, …)? What are your experiences here and how do you stand on this?
I’m looking forward to the exchange with you!
Best regards, Dani
It depends. Usually you may know only SDLC,l. But sometimes when there is no CI/CD expertise in the company or team, you have to teach and mentor. Basically you may know only conception and success cases and engineers could learn TDD, BDD, containers, etc. by themselves. In very rear cases you just could involve Tech Coach for short period to teach the team
